- 4. Now that you are a VividFriend, you can apply to as many assignments as you like.
- 5. Be sure to fill out all the required spaces on the profile and the application.
- 6. You will not be able to submit the application until your referees have returned your references back to VividFaith.
- 7. If you have any questions or problems with the application process you may email the VividFaith helpdesk at [email protected].
- 8. Once your application has been received by the Service Provider where you applied, you will begin to receive emails from VividFaith. The emails may go to your junk mailbox at first so check it occasionally until you know that they are coming to your inbox.
- 9. The first email you’ll receive from VividFaith, will ask for your consent to share your personal information with all parties involved in the application process.
- 10. On your VividFaith dashboard you will be able to see all the steps of your approval process and at which step you are.
- 11. At each step you will receive an email from VividFaith telling you what to do. For example to obtain a Health clearance – you’ll be asked to print the health clearance form for your physician to complete, then upload the completed form into the link you received from VividFaith.
- 12. DO NOT resign from your job, sell your home or purchase your airline ticket until you have been instructed to.
- 13. Pray that the decisions being made on your behalf are God’s plans for you.
- 14. Remember that if you are accepted for a certain position, the Service Provider is now counting on you to follow through on your commitment. Often times, there is disappointment and maybe even expense to the Service Provider if you change your mind suddenly and decide to go somewhere else.
