1. Conduct English training sessions for missionary volunteers and conference staff members.

2. Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to enhance English language skills.

3. Adapt curriculum and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of participants.

4. Provide guidance and support to individuals in improving their English proficiency.

5. Assess participants' progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly.

6. Collaborate with other educators and staff members to coordinate training programs.

7. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for participants.

8. Prepare and organize relevant teaching materials and resources.

9. Offer constructive feedback and encouragement to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.

10. Remain flexible and responsive to the evolving educational needs of the missionary volunteers and conference staff.

Language - English primary, Spanish is a plus.
