Duties:     Help coordinate various aspects of the church, working with the senior pastor, and with the young and young adults.

Acceptable Dress: Casual business, dress is not a high priority. Look good!
Unacceptable Dress:  Holes in clothes would be inappropriate, quite relaxed on expectations. Important issue is ability to relate well and eagerness to connect with people of all nationalities.

Lodging:   We pay the rent for a one bedroom apartment, which has some furniture. It varies by each of our taskforce workers as to what they wanted or needed.

Experience Required:   Enjoys people especially millennials, enjoys music, worship and has led worship services, both traditional and contemporary

Trade/Skills: Summer camp experience would be great!

Additional terms/benefits or comments: Taskforce arrangement is primarily designed for students returning to college, and who will receive a matching amount from the college to help them with tuition.
Consequently we keep the $1000 per month to send on to the college. We pay for housing and provide a small amount of $500 to cover food. This is a full time assignment.

Preaching ability is very important. Grace orientation is expected as this is a grace based Adventist church. Behavioristic or legalistic orientation need not apply. Right wing, historic Adventist church is on the other side of town.
