Duties:     You will be trained to assist in one-on-one Health ministry, Evangelism and Bible work.
The goal of our volunteers is to interface with the community and prepare the soil for evangelistic series while helping engage the church in outward focused community service.
Those with advanced training will be given opportunities for ministry appropriate with their level of training and ability.
Depending on your final assignment you may be working in other areas of ministry also, based on your personal skills and the focus of the individual church you are assigned to.
Volunteer will have a variety of opportunities for experience.
During the CoVid-19 Pandemic duties will include On-line health coaching. On-line Bible Work, On-line evangelism.
We may provide appropriate community interaction where safety can be assured following all local regulatory guidance with appropriate social distancing and face mask usage.
Volunteers may also be invited to assist in church sponsored health programs focused on lifestyle change, Health Expos, children's ministries, community services, Bible work/Bible studies, evangelistic series, seminars on health, cooking classes, practical life skills classes, and other duties as assigned.

Experience Required:   Experience is more related to character traits and personal interaction then a developed skillset brought to the position. We will teach what is needed. A good applicant must have a desire to win souls to the kingdom of God. We desire those who are Spiritual Mature and have a relationship with Jesus through studying His word and a consistent prayer life. We look for those willing to sacrifice for the benefit of others. Individuals must be medically balanced and living a healthy lifestyle. Must be willing to learn, work hard, be responsible, and prompt. Applicants must have compassion regarding those in need and feeling hopeless. Positive attitude in the face of trial. Must be a team player and able to work in groups as well as independently. Able to communicate easily and regularly with others. Able to teach. Any specific skills needed will be taught on site.

Additional terms/benefits or comments: This call is to self-supporting missionaries. Local church will provide housing and utilities as well as NAD travel insurance. The volunteer and sponsor are responsible for all other costs as noted above.

The volunteer will be assigned a 40 hour work week. (4 days per week 10 hours per day). During their free time volunteers will be able to care for personal issues, be involved in regular church activities, or seek outside employment if they desire.
