Duties:     Job Description: The student missionary will be asked to take responsibility for the education of two missionary children, aged 7/8 and 5, the first at a second-grade level and the second at a pre-K level. If the student missionary has suggestions for teaching resources, the missionaries will provide the requested materials. It is anticipated the older child will require roughly three hours of classroom each day, and the younger child around two hours. This is flexible.

Lodging:   Lodging: The student missionary will live with a local French-speaking Tchadian family. They will have a mud brick hut to live in with dirt or cement floor and tin or thatch roof. There may or may not be a door. There will be a drop latrine for toileting and showering purposes. There may or may not be privacy. There will be a well for drawing water. There will be no hot water. There will be no running water. There will be no electricity. However, on the hospital compound there is a secure building dedicated to the comfort of student missionaries, which includes a private shower, a real toilet, electricity and a rudimentary kitchen.
