Additional Information
The position would be ideal for a couple interested in taking a year out, or wanting a year back in, in an amazing part of the world, on a farm-school oasis sandwiched between 20,000 Egyptians and 20,000 Arabs. It is not a dangerous place—there is goodwill all around. There is great security on campus—but mainly against drug-related thievery. It is a chance to experience a hospitable Muslim community first hand. The school has a number of significant holiday breaks throughout the year—so there is a chance to explore and experience the world outside—ancient Egypt, current Egypt (home of the students), the Red Sea, Alexandria, the oases, and even Jerusalem and Israel.
