• Relief Doctors, Relief workers, Relief Missionaries, Student Missionaries, Adventist Service Corp. Workers, Volunteer Workers, and their spouses and eligible dependent children, who work outside the United States and Canada.
  
• Other approved individuals: Regular Missionaries and Individuals authorized for Short Term Travel.
  
  Please note individuals cannot enroll for coverage by themselves; they must be approved and assigned by the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, or any of its' subsidiary organizations.
  

• Accidental Death & Dismemberment - Up to a maximum of US$50,000
• Medical expenses due to injury or illness in the course and scope of employment - Up to a maximum of US$1,000
• Aircraft Accident limit of Indemnity - US$2,000,000
• Medical expenses for injuries or illness not related directly to work - Up to a maximum of US$50,000 or up to 104 weeks of treatment - Paid at 90% after $150 deductible
• Hospital Room and Board - US$500 per day up to 365 days
  

• Specified Disease Coverage (as Malaria, Tetanus, Rabies, etc.)
• Pregnancy benefit - Up to a maximum of US$7,500
• Repatriation - Up to a maximum of US$5,000
• Emergency Evacuation - 100% up to a maximum of US$25,000

• Pilot coverage
• Dependent children under 25 attending an educational institution away from home base - Pregnancy is excluded
  

1. Pre-existing conditions
2. Intentionally self-inflicted injuries while sane or insane
3. Declared or undeclared war; except to the extent provided within the policy
4. Accidents while serving in Armed Forces
5. Travel or Flight beyond Earth's Atmosphere
   

Written notice must be given within 90 days after the occurrence or commencement of any loss covered by the policy.

*This is an excess policy. All coverages except AD&D shall apply only when primary insurance benefits including workers' compensation are exhausted. Coverage for Student Missionaries away from home will be provided on a primary basis. this is a summary only, for exact details refer to the Master Policy.
