1. Looking at the charts in Chapter 1 of Passport to Mission, what strikes you most about the information given? How do you feel about it? How could this information be shared with people in churches who probably don't know? 2. Which of the benefits of short-term missions seem to be the most important to you? Try to add some others to the list. 3. How can you convey the uniqueness of both Christianity and Adventism and yet be sensitive to the beliefs of others? What kind of things should you avoid saying (and doing)? 4. Briefly describe how God has called you to be a part of His mission. Tell how this affects your goals and motives in going. |
